On Tuesday the deputy director of the department of organization of first medical aid and expert activities of the Ministry of Public Health Natalia Markaryan has visited the regional clinical hospital of Khanty-Mansiysk.
Such an attention towards the hospital was paid not for nothing. In case any medical help is needed for athletes or sport fans the hospital will be ready to provide competent aid.
The representative of the Ministry of Public Health of Russia has evaluated the equipment and services of X-ray and surgical diagnostics and treatment, oncology center, blood transfusion ward and consulting and diagnostic clinics.
After visiting the hospital and talking to its personnel Natalia Markaryan has noted that Ugra has modern equipment. «I see no issues for concern about the medical assistance on the XVIII Winter Deaflympics. It’s not very often I see such modern hospitals in Russia. It provides all the services – from first aid service to high technology methods. I am sure if any medical help is needed specialists of the clinic hospital will do everything that is needed», – said Natalia Markaryan.
On the days of the Deaflympics temporary mobile and stationary medical aid centers were organized. 40 people working in the regional clinical hospital of Ugra, 7 medical organizations, 17 vehicles and 150 people of medical staff are involved in organizing and conducting Deaflympics. In Khanty-Mansiysk 3 medical air brigades of the Center of Disaster Medicine are on duty overnight.
