Vasilevskiy jr. supported the Deaflympic team of Russia

Andrei Vasilevskiy – a Russian professional ice hockey goaltender who is currently playing for the Tampa Bay Lightning in the National Hockey League (NHL), a world champion – has supported the Deaflympic team of Russia.

His father Andrei Vasilevskiy is a head coach of deaf hockey team of Russia. He said that his son is following the games of deaf hockey team on a regular basis and these days is watching the live broadcasting of the games of the Deaflympics hockey tournament on the official web-page of the Games.

It is to be reminded that on April’05 Russia will play in the final of the XVIII Winter Deaflympics against Canada.  The game will take place on “Arena-Ugra” at 3:00 p.m. The entrance is free of charge.
